Engineer should have PEC lifetime membership Having at least 4-5 years of working experience as Operations Engineer in fertilizers or oil & gas industry Should possess excellent communication and leadership abilities. Should be conversant with SAP, LIMS, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities: Ensure safe, environment friendly, efficient & smooth operation, troubleshooting, startups & shutdowns of Ammonia/Urea units Should have experience of working on DCS board & complex control loops. Ensure Plant optimization & safe emergency handling of all associated process units Should be experienced in writing effective SOPs, Manuals. Work Instructions and conversant with latest techniques of JSA, PHA, MSA, Butt Listing & PSSR Prior exposure to 6-Sigma or other process improvement tools & techniques is an added advantage for all positions.
