Primary Job Responsibilities:
- · Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics.
- · Setting and meeting sales goals of the company.
- · Develop and manage key accounts for both Tibolli & GKHair.
- · Develop sales and marketing plans.
- · Develop customer service relations between the company and clients.
- · Work with the VP of Sales to set aggressive sales goals and develop formal sales strategies, plans, budgets, and timelines.
- · Monitor costs and make changes to operations to improve profits; and develop effective ways to market products into a territory.
- · Monitor market changes and competitors’ new product launches and programs.
- · Report emerging trends or customer feedback which may require shifts in the Company’s strategy or approach.
- · Support senior management to launch new product lines.
- · Assists with complex sales negotiations and helps close sales deals.
Requirements:
- · 5 years sales experience required.
- · Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- · Experience of managing key accounts and relationships with wholesalers and customers.
- · Ability to manage costs and maximize the bottom line.
- · Knowledge of International Sales Promotions would be an advantage
- · Ability to work independently, self-motivated, highly organized and detail orientated.
