Sales Training Manager



Sales Training Manager Required 


Key Responsibilities:


Develop the strategy and framework for the Sales Training
Conduct Learning needs assessments at National level
Develop mechanism of sales training effectiveness and post training evaluations
Develop and conduct Sales functional training programs
Develop future Sales leaders by conducting Sales Leadership development programs


Candidate’s Profile:


Must have worked with a renowned FMCG. Preferably Confectionary. In similar capacity for 8-10 years
Must possess strong communication. Leadership and interpersonal skills
Master’s In Business Administration from an accredited Institute will be preferred
