We are looking for a Construction Manager and Supervisor for our Islamabad based office.

1. Your job will be to prepare the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work or maintenance work starts

2. developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen.

3. overseeing the running of several construction projects using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows

4. Handle all New / Revision / renewal of property lease and Franchise agreements

5. Maintain communication link with property landlord for issue resolution

6. Handle complete record of agreement documentation and rental negotiation.

7. Determine labor requirements of construction and maintenance sites.

8. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

9. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer

10. Must have knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC equipment. Must also know about NPS, pipe scheduling. Must share projects undertaken in the past and have knowledge of latest technologies including rain harvesting systems.

11. Must know how to handle technicians without requiring subordinate officers.
