Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Responsible for installation & customer support related to Document Management System, Data Capturing products & Backlog documents scanning projects
• Work closely with customers to identify trouble shoot, and resolve issues
• Installation of servers with OS and Applications
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved.
• Provide daily system support and consultation directly to customers
• Provide technical support / services and consultancy services to clients
Requirements
• Related Certification is an advantage
• Experience of establishing and maintaining small computer networking
• Experience of Installation and support of Document Management System
• Experience of Windows Server Operating System
• Knowledge of configuration of SharePoint 2010 & 2013 is an advantage
• Experience of Configuration of HP & IBM Servers
• Knowledge of Linux environment
• Knowledge of database such as SQL and Oracle is an advantage
• Responsible and good team player
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
Education: Qualification BE/BS/ME/MS
Experience: 3-5 Years’ Experience of working on similar capacity
Salary: PKR 60K – 70k
