A well known IT Service providing firm required the following staff to work in night shift:


 


1)Position :           Computer Support Engineer.


No of Positions: 2


 


Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation. – Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with clients, via email or via remote desktop.


 


Description & Specification:


  • Microsoft Exchange 2003/2008

  • Windows server 2003/2008

  • Active Directory

  • Domain Controllers

  • Troubleshoot issues related to client server connectivity

  • Backup

  • Desktop support & Server Support

  • Managing users in domains

 


Skills


 


  • Problem solver

  • Should possess good communication skills with fluency of English

  • Team Player

QUALIFICATION: BE/BS(Computer Sc) or Equivalent


MCSE or MCTS(Microsoft Server) is a Mandatory
EXPERIENCE:  2-4YRS


 


COMPENSATION:     PKR 50k- 90k


TIMING:                     Monday to Friday 9:00 P.M – 6:00 A.M(Night)

2) Position :          Manager Service Delivery / Floor Manager
No of Positions: 1



Description & Specification:


 


The Manager Service Delivery is expected to be a well-rounded individual with strong skills in both the relationship side of account management as well as the technical side. They will develop and strengthen the relationships held to create long partnerships through pro-active and personable interactions. One who understands the importance of delivering a high level of customer service, has excellent communication. Being a great team player is essential in this position as building relationships with customers as well as other business functions is an essential to delivering the highest level of support


 


  • Plan, schedule, execute, complete, and track application deliveries

  • Manage resources through a matrix relationship

  • Manage change requests

  • Manage the capacity of delivery resources to maximum efficiency

  • Analyze client requirements to ensure they are understood and responded to by the delivery team

  • Ensure all changes for projects/issues work

  • Responsible for communicating changes, risks or issues

  • Adheres to pre-defined processes, systems, and methodology
