Assistant Brand Manager-Pureit-Unilever


  • Align cross functional teams on projects, regularly follow up with them on it

  • Should be able to analyze data and identify issues and opportunities

  • Micro manage key markets and channels and make an action plan accordingly

  • Should have a good understanding of the media scenario in Pakistan and work closely with media, outdoor and digital agencies on media plans

  • Coordinate with third parties/agencies for launches, events, activation

  • Manage the P&L of the portfolio

  • Work closely with brand development team on the strategy, innovation plan and communication calendar for the brands

  • Should be flexible to travel and do regular market visits and consumer meets in order to stay closer to customer and consumer

Key Relationships


The job will require constant liaison with cross functional teams. Close interaction will take place with Brand development teams, Factory, Supply Chain, R&D, Category Operations, Customer Marketing teams as well as creative and sampling agencies. The candidate should be able to successfully influence and lead concerned stake holders for the achievement of overall objectives
