Manager Facilities Maintenance

Manager Facilities Maintenance (THARPARKAR) Responsible to oversee the maintenance of huge facility at THARPARKAR Sindh. Plan and executes vehicle Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Power Generation, Plumbing, Carpentry, Fabrication, Paint, Civil works. Manage the team of all above technical staff. Identify and qualify new vendors/ supplier for outsource maintenance service. Idle candidate must have done BE Mechanical with 10 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance. Candidate must be relocate the THARPARKER Sindh region for rotational period.
