Network Engineer, Islamabad - Zeta Technologies

Zeta Technologies requires Female Applicants for its NOC Department. candidates should have background in Computer sciences or Software Engineering with experience in databases and development. SIP, VOIP knowledge preferred.

Effectively resolving customer complaints, monitoring and troubleshooting network traffic (inbound/outbound), testing routes for provisioning, and managing the internal trouble ticket system

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provisioning of different Carriers either as a customer or as a supplier.

Set routing Plan(s) for customers and should know how to set least cost routing for different customers.

Upload rates of different regions for different customers and suppliers.

Effectively resolve complaints from different customers and locate the faulty suppliers and reasons of calls failure and its troubleshooting.

Monitor inbound and outbound traffic passing through system.

Should have the ability to communicate well and work with team effectively.

Working in 2 shifts as required (9-6pm & 12-9pm)

Requirements

– Background in Computer sciences or Software Engineering

– Sound knowledge of Computer networks

– SIP, VOIP knowledge preferred but not essential

-Databases & Development Experience
