Job Description:

- To do the critical (costly medicines).
- To login the batch.
- Evaluate the indents/ prescriptions against doses, interactions and alternate brands if prescribed brand is not available.
- Provide concise, applicable, comprehensive, and timely responses to requests for drug information from patient and health care providers.
- Maintain petty cash.
- To manage sufficient amount (petty cash) for next shift.
- Highlight the issues in written form to inform every shift.
- Patient counseling for the use of right medicine or dose at right time.
- Inform the Physician, Consultant, doctor if any interaction medicines prescribed by doctor and try to convince to change it.
- OT charging and filling if assistant is not available.
- To check expiry and rates.
- Cash handling.
- Clinical rounds on defined dates.
- Arrange the medicine for company patients.
- Check the E-mail in order to update the patient status.
- Conversion of patient pharmacy bills from company to private or vice versa as ordered.
- To work on formulary updating.
- To follow the Hospital and Pharmacy rules.
- To perform jobs assigned by supervising management.

Production Pharmacist :

Job seeker should have knowledge of production equipments. Have a sound knowledge of all the section (syrup, tablet, mixing, coating, sterile, raw and packaging etc) of Production department and have an ability to start batches in different sections.
