Graduate in Pharmacy discipline from recognized institute with 3 years of experience in development sector.
Job Description:
• Submit weekly and monthly reports. In case of any daily follow up, coordinate on the same day with Program Manager.
• Send monthly stock report to PM and country office.
• Once monthly supplies for BHUs prepared, ensure lists are physically verified in the office and delivered and checked at BHU level.
• To be responsible for the work of the Pharmacy Store.
• To prepare monthly demands for each location and get approval from PM
• To ensure prompt collection of drugs from donors to avoid stock out in store and timely distribution to peripheral BHUs.
• To maintain accurate record of all stock held in pharmacy and to update these daily before closure of department.
• To act as a member of medicine purchase committee to the hospital, attending meetings making notes and implementing decisions.
• To inspect the store totally on a designated day each week to ensure that all supplies are properly stored and are in date.
• To supervise rotation of stock to avoid wastage and maintain first come first out.
• To use the resources of organization only for the purpose for which they were allowed this include medicines and medical supplies.
• Proper control of stock card, physical inventory and proper shortage of drugs.
• Supervise and monitor field Pharmacy.
