Customer Service Officer (fluent in English) salary Rs. 15,000 to 50,000 month, we are currently looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Male & Female to provide excellent sales & Customer service support. You will be handling both incoming and outgoing customer complaints as well as support issues and will be required to respond accordingly. To be considered for this role, you will need to have customer service or call centre experience for a minimum of one year. You must have the ability to multitask and and problem issues or enquires at any one time. You will also need to be flexible with regards to working hours as this role requires shift work and will involve a rotating roster. You must also have great computer and communication skills to be considered.
