SENIOR MANAGER CHANNELS

Key Accountabilities:

Establish productive and professional relationship with Greenstar Provider Network. This involves acting as a liaison between the Provider and various Greenstar stakeholders including Product/Brand team, Sales, IPC and Health ServicesThe incumbent has to ensure that the Provider’s needs are assessed and communicated to concerned stakeholders in the organizationActively coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support services and management resources in order to meet Provider performance objectives and Provider expectationsEstablish productive and professional relationship with Greenstar Pharmacies and FMCG Outlets Network. This involves identifying opportunities for increased availability and visibility of Greenstar products at existing and new outlets.Ensure proper branding of Greenstar along with presence and maintenance of point-of-sales material at the outlets.Responsible to maintain and service other Currently in Use Channels for Greenstar products like ARC Clinics, Mobile Service Units and Model ClinicsIdentify, develop, maintain and expand New Channels for Greenstar products like Hospitals, Government Organizations, Institutions and large Organizations etc

Job Specifications:

MBA in marketing from a reputable institute5– 7 years of related experience preferably with an FMCG company in the similar role. Proven track record of launching of new products and/or re-launching of existing productsExcellent communications in English & Urdu language (both written and oral) and strong interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of regional languages would be an added advantageCollaborative and a team playerProficiency in MS-Office package
