Job Description:
B. Job Purpose
To manage Sales activities in assigned territory
C. Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas
1. Need analysis of customer to identify the area for solution
2. Pre Sales activity monitoring and budget making exercise on behalf of customer
3. Post sales activity – Application and other necessities arrangement for payment recoveries
4. Provides administrative services to manage assigned territory team.
5. Position is responsible to lead, direct and supervise execution of Sales till its maturity.
6. Negotiations to finalize the deals with the input of Zonal Manager
7. Identifying and resolving variations with the objective to meet contractual obligations and clients’ requirements and expectations with in the limits of project scope, allotted budget and stipulated time frame.
8. Monitoring overall productivity and efficiency of all supervised staff.
9. Reviewing project execution plan.
10. Responsible for arrangement of local accessories that requirement of project.
11. Arrange zonal marketing activities include road shows etc
12. Identify the market trends and conduct market analysis.
E. Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales of Diagnostic Imaging Equipment’s.
F. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to present the technical comparatives
• Technical Skills of troubleshooting Medical hardware.
• Negotiation Skills
G. Education
• BE/BS/MBBS.MBA will be preferred
H. Salary
PKR 100K – 120K
