Job Description:
Pay supplier invoices. Take all reasonable deduction on supplier invoices Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Process payroll in a timely manner Provide administrative support to management as requested Recording of transactions in accounting software (Quick Book, Tally, Xero’s etc) Prepare Payment Vouchers.
Working knowledge of sales tax and WHT.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping. Client dealing.
