Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


  • The successful SEO TL will be expected to do the following:Manage the success & development of SEO projects

  • Research and analyze competition.

  • Keep up to date with Google updates and implement strategy accordingly

  • Develop, consult and, where applicable, implement SEO recommendations

  • Develop, document and implement SEO training internally

  • Deliver a high standard of SEO work

  • Research latest trends and stay up to date with the internet marketing industry.

  • Monitor, track, and report on metrics, including trend analysis.

  • Understanding of web design techniques and technologies (HTML, CSS) and its effects on SEO.

  • Experience on social media, social networking and bookmarking websites.

  • Must be able to manage a team for SEO and internet marketing

 
Skills Required:
 







Must have a good understanding of Search Engine Algorithm like;(Panda and Penguin)



Experience of reporting using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel



Ideal candidate must be analytical thinker and numbers driven problem solver



Must possess marketing skills



Experience of accessing webmaster Tools



Active interest in search marketing and on/off-page SEO



Ability to analyze websites from a technical point of view



Experience of using industry-standard SEO tools



Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills.



Must be able to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously



Must be comfortable working in a team environment with strong communication skills and hardworking personality. Candidate must utilize his/her Internet experience to develop and manage all phases of a natural search engine optimization campaign for a newly developed or existing website. This includes client relationship skills (consultation calls and monthly reporting), SEO best practices and link building.
