Position: HR Coordinator (Generalist)


Department: Human Resource


Job Location: Karachi


Education: BBA / MBA / MPA (HRM) and MS (HRM) from a reputed university


Experience: 1 – 2 years as HR Generalist is preferred


 


Chase Up is hiring HR Coordinator for its Human Resource department. The position will be based at Karachi. The ideal candidate must have strong academic concepts of all HR functions.


Required Competencies:


– Perform end to end recruitment activities including shortlisting of profiles, administering tests, scheduling interviews.


– Keep strong liaison with central HR team for recruitment needs


– Administer employee’s onboarding process, ensuring proper orientation of newly inducted staff and their smooth transition into the new role and company culture


– Administer employee’s health benefits scheme, coordinate with central HR for enrollment of lives, settlement of claims etc


– Assist store management in the role clarity and performance expectation of staff by preparing JDs, Daily performance monitory checklist


– Coordinate for implementation reward and recognition schemes e.g. Employee of the month


– Maintain up to date personnel files and records


– Administer time and leave management of assigned location and coordinate and with the central HR for payroll process
