Designation: Receptionist cum Front Desk Officer


Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience as Receptionist / Front desk officer


Skills required: Candidate must have good communication and Ms Office skills


Location: Karachi


Salary: 15 – 20K


Job Description:


– Maintain front desk visitors register along with receiving greeting and directing the visitors


– Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, forward calls.


– Provide information, taking messages and scheduling appointments


– Coordinate the delivery and pick up of business related documents along with keeping the record of current employees
