Finance Controller

To provide leadership and coordination in articulating, developing, and implementing strategies, frameworks, and approaches to financial planning, investment management, debt financing, financial control systems, taxation, accounting and financial reporting, and budget management functions towards effective allocation and utilization of the company’s financial resources;
To promote and implement modern comptrollership in the company and establish and maintain a corporate planning, reporting, and performance management framework to support all levels of management in the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational goals; and
To oversee and direct the activities and operations of finance department and to ensure that company accounting procedures conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Systems (IFRS).
