Job Description:

• Work closely with Branch manager, Team leader and Relationship officers


• Responsible for planning and strategizing Sales Plan’


• Maintaining standards of Service Quality in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.


• Will also responsible in enhancing and deepening the existing relationships by cross-selling product and services as per the profile of High Net worth customers.


• To arrange for appointments and visit existing and new potential clients


• To sell the liability products to the existing and potential clients


• To resolve customer queries and present acceptable solutions.


• To provide marketing and promotional material to prospective clients.


• To achieve all business targets within allocated time.


• To search for references from existing clients.


• Will be assigned additional responsibilities for the target achievement.


• To actively participate in all the Bank’s promotional activities.


• Ensure establishment and maintenance of the strong rapport with the client.


• Ensure post sale service to the client.


• Responsible for Banca Assurance Policy sales


• Contribute towards ensuring a good rating in branch internal and external audits.

Job Specification:

• Should be Graduate at least in any discipline


• Should have negotiation skills


• Should be well presentable and groomed


• Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
