UINDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER

A well reputed Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi, requires INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER; Incumbent must be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Well verse in Labor Laws


• Legal issues related to labor


• Ability to resolve issues and problem of labors independently


• CBA negotiations


• Employee Management and Labor Laws


• Capable to implement proactive IR initiatives


• Strong understanding of EOBI, SESSI


• Ability to liaison with legal practitioners


• Handling of I.R related judicial and external affairs of government functionaries

Qualification & Experiences:

Degree in Industrial Relations/Law or its equivalent and 3-5 yrs hands experience,

Age  : Not more than 35 years

Gender: Male
