Master’s Degree in HR with 5-7 years of experience 




1.Responsible for Talent Acquisition through effective sources.


2.Process the man power requisitions for management staff through VE system for management staff. 


3.Carry out formalities relating to TA such as issuing appointment letters, confirmation letter, monthly performance evaluations etc. 


4.Ensure smooth on boarding of new employees


5.Keep CV data in proper way


6.Ensure proper utilization of knowledge builder 


7.Prepare and execute annual learning & development calendar


8.Review employee profiles in eLDR and ensure they are updated


9.Ensure development plan are entered for every employee in eLDR and updat of development plans. 


10.Ensure competency building of management and workers in coordination with line managers


11.Publish quarterly PULSE news letter


12.Meet HR Metrics and Regional HR reporting requirements


13.Any other task given by the supervisor.
