Responsibilities



  • Effectively manage phone calls and emails.

  • Maintaining daily customer complaint logs.

  • Follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction after maintenance/service.

  • Build relationships with customers.

  • Attracts potential customer by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.

  • Coordinate with other departments. 

  • Any other work assigned by Manager
