Responsibilities
- Effectively manage phone calls and emails.
- Maintaining daily customer complaint logs.
- Follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction after maintenance/service.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Attracts potential customer by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Any other work assigned by Manager
