Communications Officer
Job Description
– Attending customers via phone and SMS
– Booking appointments for doctors and coordinating between patient and doctor
– Recording customer data and doctors diagnosis/prescription
– Recording customers experience feedback
– Following up with previous customers
– Solving any understanding issues customer might have over call
Skills
– Fluent in English and Urdu. Punjabi and Pushtu is a plus
– Excellent communication skills.
