ASSISTANT PROFESSOR:
Minimum Qualifications:-
Ph.D degree in relevant field, from an HEC recognized university/institution.
No experience required tor Ph.D degree holders.
OR
Master’s degree (awarded after 18 years or education) in relevant field from an HEC recognized University institution.
Experience:-
2-yoars teaching/research experience in a recognized institution/college/university OR 2-years professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.
LECTURER:
Minimum Qualifications:-
M.S I M.Sc (Engr) (First Class) in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/institution with no 3rd Division in the academic career.
Eligibility Criteria For Non-Teaching Staff
Lab. Engineer(BS-17) (age: 21-30)
B.Sc engineering in the relevant field (computer/electrical)
No experience required
GENERAL INFORMATION:
• in addition to General relaxation in upper age limit of five years as mentioned in the age column upper ago relaxation shall be admissible under the rule
• Only short listed candidates will be called for lost I interview
• the Presented application forms can be downloaded from University of Sargodha website www.uos.edu.pk
• Candidates for the posts of Professor arid Associate Professor are required to submit five copes of applications along with complete CV attested copes of testimonials arid research work/publications
• Candidates for other posts are required to submit one copy of application along with complete CV attested copies of testimonials
• Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
• the applicants who have already applied for various position, shall submit fresh applications.
•application must be accompanied with pay order/demand draft(non-refundable) of Rs. 1000/- in case of professor & associate professor, Rs. 500/- in case of assistant professor, lecturer, & lab. Engineer drawn in favour of the treasurer, university of Sargodha.
•two most recent passport size photographs should be affixed on each application.
•candidates already to service of a government/semi-government department or an autonomous body must apply through proper channel by the due date: otherwise their applications shall not be entertained.
• applications received after the last date will not be entertained: even through posted before the last date.
•incomplete applications shall also not be entertained.
•last date: for professor & associate professor is 11.07.2014. for all others posts is 04.07.2014.
•the university of posts can be increased/decreased according to the need of university.
• number of posts can be increased/decreased according to the need of university.
Note: registration with PEC is mandatory requirement for the post of the professor/associate professor/assistant professor/lecturer and lab engineers.
