Job Description
1. Generate/collate/Compile and share the following management reports for better focus and decision making
a. Sales Tools (visit plans, actual visit report, KYC form, Daily visit reports) – ongoing basis
b. DSO report on weekly basis
c. Order receipt report – ongoing basis
d. Supply Approval Report – ongoing basis
e. Sales Target vs Actual – ongoing basis
f. Receivable Summary – ongoing basis
g. Recovery & Upliftment forecasting report – ongoing basis
h. Sales commission report – Monthly basis
i. Team meeting presentation – Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly basis.
2. Update the pricing worksheet on each price change by OGRA and send price quotations
3. Manage petty cash and update accounts on fortnightly basis
4. Carry out HR related tasks as follows:
a. Appointment & Termination letters
b. Personnel file maintenance and review
c. Leave requests approvals and filing
5. Other tasks/reports as required
Skills
Good command on MS excel & word
Good written English
Able to multitask & coordinate between departments
Pleasent and friendly personality.
