Descon Engineering Limited seeks expertise of a ‘Lawyer’ with a legal background for Contracts Management Department. Incumbent must have the capability to review and draft contracts, review bank documents, bonds and guarantees, review and interpret clauses, handle process and prepare claims and variation orders and be able to handle disputes.
