One of our client requires GM Projects & Senior Manager Projects

Qualification: Bsc / BE Civil Engineering

Experience:

– For GM more than 12 years of relevant experience with at least 05 years in a managerial capacity.
– Experience in managing multiple projects and scheduling staff.
– In depth understanding of preparing budgets for construction projects.
– Hands on experience in the developing & execution of residential as well as Commercial Construction projects.
– For Senior Manager, more than 10 years of relevant experience with at least 04 years in a managerial capacity.

Salary: For GM projects, 275k – 300k with 1300cc automatic car & other benefits.
For Senior Manager 180k – 210k with 1300cc manual car & other benefits.
