Assistant Manager Internal Audit-Laraib Energy Limited (HUBCO)

Key Responsibilities

Works independently with moderate latitude for independent

judgement. Works in close supervision of CIA and coordinates audit activity

with relevant people within or outside the Company. Key responsibilities

include the following but not limited to:

1. Performing risk analysis and control assessment
   
   on business activities


2. Developing a risk based audit plan


3. Timely execution and completion of audits as per
   
   plan


4. Developing and maintaining working papers and
   
   writing audit reports on completion of field work


5. Follow up on outstanding audit observations to
   
   reach a timely closure on the agreed recommendations


6. Compliance with Board approved policies


7. Identification of irregularities that come to
   
   knowledge or surface during work and coordinates with relevant function for
   
   filing of Irregularity report


8. As and when required, travels to plant to meet
   
   relevant staff and obtain documents and information. Estimated travel is around
   
   25-30% of the time
