REQUIRED IT SERVICE MANAGER (Karachi)

An ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of I TIL and ITSM Standards including Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management.

– Hands on experience SCCM, WSUS and Symantec Antivirus Configurations/Troubleshooting
– Strong Knowledge of Network, Telecom (PRI, PABX, IP Phone) and Desktop Support
– Thorough Understanding of IPHONE/IPAD Configurations
– Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
– Good Inter-Personal and People Management Skills
