Position: Sr. Officer – Food Quality

1 – 3 years of relevant experience

Controlling and maintaining overall quality from slaughtering to final product dispatch

Responsible for maintaining all records related to QC

Monthly statistical analysis on Quality reports

Facilitate communication between quality management and production department

Inspect and train workers follow the hygiene standards overall during the production

Education:

M.Sc – Food Science & Technology

Knowledge of Halal FSMS, BRC, and HACCP

Since our operations runs late night, therefore we need a resource who could work on floor till the need of operations (who could come in flexible timing i.e. 11:00 am to 7:30 pm or any other).
