Job Description:

An architect will work with the developer on the building’s location, design, structural needs and budget.

The architect will use a computer-generated sketching program called CAAD (Computer-Assisted Design and Drafting) to create blueprints.

Once the preliminary sketches have been agreed upon, the architect will create a more technical and detailed plan while meeting the safety requirements and aesthetics agreed upon.

The architect may select a contractor to execute the project.

We are looking for an Interior Designer / Event Architect to be part of our design team who would manage ambiance and interiors of our events and venues. You will part of really exciting and ambitious projects that aim to achieve very high design standards.

You should have a great design taste and keen appreciation for art. You must also possess a strong eye for detail and finish, along with an overall innovative though process and creative thinking skills. You must be able to use CAD and other related software to design interior, furniture layouts and structures. You should have good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts and color coordination.

You should have good knowledge of interior decoration and have strong design and aesthetic sense and attention to details. Knowledge of architectural theories, concepts, methods, and techniques; creative and artistic sense would also be of great utility.
