- Should be expert in Manually and excel.

- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers,receipts, accounts payable). Enters manually/data into computer software.
- Processing of petty cash transaction on daily basis. Ensure petty cash is replenished on time to meet daily cash needs in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Compile data and prepare monthly a variety of reports.
- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
- Preparation and checking of cash and bank reconciliation statement of all accounts on monthly basis.Maintain the computerized accounting system, using Quick books.Responsible for record keeping and data entry relating to Invoices & Revenue
- Preparation monthly payroll
- Preparing financial management information as required.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Job Description
Purchase and sales ledger – raising and submitting invoices with appropriate documents Posting of customer receipts (Cash, Cheques), Customer Ledger Maintaining Keeping issuance record of all bid money, CDR, Pay orders and DD’sTo keep personal record of all employees. Posting of Salaries, Expenses, allowances, Loan payments and other related informationMaintaining all accounts journal in a timely and efficient mannerProducing the ledgers to a trial balance and investigating the discrepancies if ariseReconciliation of general ledger accounts and Bank statementsProducing the management information and customized reporting on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basisPerforming month end closing process by reconciling all the figures and generating reportsDealing with Sales and Income Tax mattersTaking the ownership of complete accounting activities and performing other tasks as given on an ad-hoc basis Skills/QualificationGraduate accountancy or related qualificationAt least 3 years experience in a accounts handling rolePositive and ‘can do’ attitude.
