provide security assistance to staff, students, visitors and patients etc;assesses security needs; control employee and visitor access to premises and ensure authorized entry only;control traffic and parking in order to ensure smooth flow of vehicles;respond emergency calls promptly like fire or other hospital related emergencies. Requirements Matric preferred.A trained soldier/combatant in the Pakistan Armed Forces, Rangers, Frontier Corps, Frontier Constabulary, Coast Guard or Police at the level of Sepoy / Naik OR civilian with 3 years of similar experience.Experience and service with SSG & Intelligence units will be a definite advantage. Job Description:
• Ensure perfect operability of all firefighting equipment for smooth operation.
• Ensure that all safety, environment and health precautions / regulations are observed by contractors’ personnel with the co-ordination of respective area in charge.
• Issue confined space certificates.
• Monitor and supervise critical jobs in plant area.
• Review chemical and foam consumption and other spares to ensure that adequate inventory levels are being maintained.
• Provide inputs for the preparation of annual revenue and expenditure budget and monitor OPEX / CAPEX spent on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that critical HSE related issues are communicated to all concerned to prevent escalation of any critical situation.
• Arrange to record critical events in logs and keeps work permits record.
• Ensure that all identified corrective and preventive action items related to Fire & Safety are closed.
• Keep track of record of all type of maintenance activities.
Education: Graduate with courses from Civil Defence in SFO / Fire Fighter – 1/ /2/ Rescue.
Experience: 12 – 15 years experience in the Fire & Safety Department in the Oil & Gas industry
Skills:
• Planning, supervisory and analytical skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of HSEQ standards / procedures.
