Enterprise Support Engineer



* Responsible for initial installation, Configurations, and Post-Sales support in house and customer site


* Troubleshoot and resolve daily problems faced by our valued customer and in house infrastructure etc.


* Introduce new technologies and train team members.


* Troubleshoot and resolve daily problems faced by our valued customer and in house infrastructure etc.


* Introduce new technologies and train team members.


* Administration and Support of Virtual infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V), Citrix


* Follow operational procedures for on-going support, change management, incident and problem management.


* Provides technical expertise support applications and technologies in a large scale 24x7x365 environment.


* provide 24×7 support for HP enterprise Server/SAN/HPN, Fortinet, CISCO products
