* Responsible for initial installation, Configurations, and Post-Sales support in house and customer site

* Provides technical expertise support applications and technologies in a large scale 24x7x365 environment.
* provide 24×7 support for HP enterprise Server/SAN/HPN, Fortinet, CISCO products
