Job Duties:



i) Ability and experience to plan, organize, conduct and supervise Geological Field program for Geological Survey.



ii) Organizing, supervising and coordinating the research activities of the branch under his charge.



iii) Prepare and supervise the preparation of programmes units.



iv) Supervise field and laboratory investigations and compilation of technical data, maps and reports.

Temporary LIKELY TO BE CONTINUED FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD



Eligibility:



Both male and female candidates are eligible



Any relaxation in Maximum age limits



Plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.

Qualification/Experience required:



Second Class or Grade‘C’ M.Sc. degree in Geology or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the HEC. (i) Post qualification Research experience of twelve (12) years in the field of Geology including three (3) years experience to plan, organize, conduct and supervise geological field programme for geological surveys. (ii) Must have published five (5) research papers in the fields of Geology.
