Ideal candidate must be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process to include Job Posting, Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Scheduling interviews. Develop and maintain a growing pool of qualified candidates by employing traditional recruiting practices. Handles candidate negotiations and initiates the new hire process. Maintain candidate pool at all times. Explore new Digital Medium to get maximum number of CV’s for qualified candidates. Draft candidate contracts. To work as a strategic recruiter along with the top management in formulating strategies regarding employee recruitment & selection.
