Job Description:
Involved in Business Development / Pre-sales through software bidding process. Responsible for client building in regions like United States, UK, Canada, Australia.
Responsible for prospecting, requirement gathering, lead generation and proposing solutions. Good knowledge in getting projects from GURU,Elance and ODesk To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and thereby promote sales and marketing Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.(Experience in International calling )Follow up on customer enquiry and leads generated Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance.
Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis with development team Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads Roles And Responsibilities: Generate leads that strategically qualify into opportunities. Understand the business directions and trends related to IT Industry.
