Our client, which ranks amongst the largest distribution companies in Pakistan, is undergoing an HR Transformation process. As part of new initiatives, the company has several Manager grade openings in its HR team and is looking for suitable professionals with experience in Learning and OD, Recruitment, Performance management, compensation and benefits, Business partnering, HR operations, etc. Positions are based at Karachi; head office of the company.
Company offers a competitive and market based remuneration package. In addition to market aligned salary, position carries car or car allowance, provident fund, gratuity, annual bonuses, medical, etc. The company has a five day work week.
