The person must have those skills

Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS 3.0, HTML 5, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX



Must know how to make the responsive websites



Must be proficient in developing the Custom WordPress Plugins



Must be proficient in developing wordpress themes



Must be proficient in Customizing the already built themes and plugins



Must know working with APIs



Understanding already written code and fixing bugs



Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team
