Vacant position for Officer Human Resources


One of our client company required Officer for HR


Key Responsibilities:


– Assist in recruitment and orientation of new staff


– Co-ordinate with the employment procedures


– Co-ordinate the internal and external training for staff


– Manage and maintain the HR system


– Maintain employee personal files


– Some familiarity with performance evaluation and compensation procedures


 


Key competencies:


– Recruitment and Selection


– Fluent in English verbal and written communication


– Customer and Quality Focus


– Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel


– Inter-personal skills


– Reliability


– Stress tolerance


 


Education: Minimum Graduate in Social Sciences


Experience: Minimum 1 year in related field
