GM Industrial Relation at K-Electric

Looking for GM Industrial Relations. Must possess 15 years’ experience in Utility, Manufacturing or Process Organizations. Exposure to unionized environment, workers grievances, referendums, elections, collective bargaining, welfare, compliance, disciplinary action and HR litigation required. Knowledge of Labor Laws regulatory bodies & legal institutions will be an added advantage. Education Requirements: Master’s degree with LLB / Post Graduate Diploma in Labor Laws (PG DLL).
