looking for a highly motivated individual for our Technology division who is

focused and can thrive in a fast-paced start up environment, be part of a core

team of business development, and take ownership of his/her area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Must have minimum 2 years online bidding experience on portals like

Elance, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour etc.

– Maintain company profile on online portals.

– Manage various bidding portals like Upwork, People Per Hour &

Freelancer.

– Generating new business from above mentioned portals and from

his/direct resources and client base

– Generating new business leads for Web Design, Logo Design,

Development & Apps, SEO & Online Marketing.

– Creating proposals for bidding projects.

– Generate sales leads and meet monthly sales targets.

– Generate business by using innovative ideas.

– Write proposal and quotes for projects.

– Bid for project and follow through to get the project.

– Negotiate well, tendency and experience of winning.

Job Specifications/ Requirements:

-Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience of performing above give job

responsibilities

– Candidate must be able to talk with international clients.
– Expert in writing proposals for bidding

projects.
– Must have excellent English written &

verbal communication skills.
