Job Description


Secretary/Receptionist:Medical office is seeking a qualified full-time person to assist in office administration.


Requirements: 


– Good Communication Skills 


– Computer Skills 


Job responsibilities include the following but not limited to: 


• Answer all incoming calls. 


• Greet visitors in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. 


• Maintain office in a neat and organized manner at all times.  


• Capable of Data Entry, Faxing, Filing, and Organizing.  


• Ordering office supplies. 


• Coordinating appointments. 


Applicant must have the following: 


• Possess a strong work ethic and professional attitude. 


• Be responsible and dependable. 


• Be an enthusiastic team player. 


• Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated.We are happy to train the right, reliable person for a wonderful opportunity.
