Essential Requirements (by Career Pakistan):
Sector and Company Type: Experience in Poultry/Chicken Farming Industry
Function: Experience in the maintenance or repairing of machinery utilized in the Poultry/Chicken Farming Industry
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Qualification/Certification:
— Completed Vocational Training OR Certification/Diploma in related field
— Preferred: Experience in AutoCAD
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities for the above mentioned position shall include the following (but not limited to).
– To be well versed and MUST have good product knowledge of company at all times
– You are requested to assist the management to be in-charge; ensure all functions are being carried out efficiently and effectively resulting in a smooth running of the project.
– Be responsible for all technical installations, repairing and servicing of all company’s poultry equipments where you are assigned and to ensure it is safe for operation.
– Provide on-going help desk technical support and system troubleshooting problems at all times.
– Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; Establishes service by studying system requirements; conducting tests;troubleshooting of mechanical equipment on site; ordering and gathering components and parts;resolving problem and performing acceptance tests.
– Conduct direct maintenance ensuring company Standards and procedures are adhered to.
– Provide quality customer service by ensuring all enquiries, feedback and complaints/requests are addressed within the time frame given.
– Maintain a high standard of professionalism in dealing with clients and enhance the good reputation of the Company as well as build a close relationship with existing clients.
– Provide technical supports (technical advice and guidance ) to other related departments (QC/SQE, Procurement and Design Department)
– Provide advice, training and technical assistance to support staffs ( Technicians , installers & IC) & lower level employees, Company agents and to train customers/ end users
– Write a report on all installation development. The report must be submitted to the Department Head end of each project.
– Fill out the “installation service & commissioning report” form on each installation trip and also the upcoming trip; to be submitted to the Department Head.
– Exercise teamwork spirit and work closely with other colleagues at all times.
– Perform any other duties, as and when required by your Superior or Head of Department.
Requirements
– General knowledge of AutoCAD design experience, and an understanding of applicable design codes; (farm layout and poultry house layout drawing).
– Critical Thinking: When diagnosing problems and repairing the problem.
– Analyzing Information and making the right judgment, quality focus and result driven.
– Good client relationship and reporting skills
– Able to be stationed in any given farm and must be able to complete the project within the given time frame.
– To be prepared to work overtime/ weekends and holidays
– The ability to travel extensively; nationally/internationally
Qualifications
– Candidate must have completed Vocational training or possess a Certificate/Diploma in related field
– 2+ years working experience in related field, ie; in the maintenance or repairing of machinery to perform technical support
