Consumer Insights Manager-Nestle Pakistan
• Support marketing and other relevant functions that ensure successful Brand Building. Providing them with analysis, insights and information that help understand the target who, what and why they do it
• Implement Market Research Tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand deeply who is their target ,what they do and why they do
• Coordinate and Guarantee that the guidelines and standards are applied
• Conduct competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant insights
• Work together with the Brand Builders in the validation process of hypothesis, concepts & communication (e.g. Big Idea Testing, pre-testing, STM, I&R concept testing) that support the decision making process
• Track & Measure all indicators that explain the Brand Health and Performance among its target and support the measurement of the ROI
Education & Experience:
MBA, 3-4 Years of Cross-Functional Experience in Sales or Marketing
Skills Required:
- Excellent Project Management & Cross Functional Stakeholders Management

- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
