Purpose of job:

The Finance and Administration Officer will support Trócaire’s finance and administration functions. The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all cash and bank transactions are appropriately authorised, properly and accurately recorded in the cash and bank books and ensure all necessary documents are attached to each payment and receipt voucher. The Finance and Administration Officer will also maintain physical security of petty cash and manage all statutory requirements. The Finance and Administration Officer will take responsibility for office maintenance, resourcing and asset management
