To develop and execute BD plan for the region in terms of student numbers, new business and conduct gap analysis of the entire region.

To conduct reconciliation of all schools at least twice a year and ensure recovery. To strategics on clearance of backlogs.

To provide formal feedback on Academics Deliverable and smooth implementation of training programs agreed with HO Academics team across the region.

To ensure compliance of TE policies/procedures regarding Academics, Marketing, Admin with special focus on QA procedures for establishing new schools.
