Software Manager/Architect, Multicities - Corezee Pvt. Ltd.

CoreZee is the offshore SW development house of a major Network Software company. We are developing Networking and Security Software for embedded environments

We require SW team Manager for our project focused SW development team. Ideal candidate would have a combination of technology leadership in embedded LINUX SW space as well as a proven track record of managing SW teams.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Assist in Recruitment, Team growth,

- Project Management (Planning, Committing, Monitoring, Reporting, Leadership)

- Interfacing with Company Directors and Execs,

- Measure and Monitor progress of SW team members,

- Review Proposals and Requirements Analysis,

- Initial Architecture and Design of new effort,

- Refinement of Requirements, Solution proposal, SOW, Design Documentation

- Assisting SW team members as needed in development areas,

- Drive QA team,

- Administrative management of SW team.,

- Various other tasks, as needed for a Software Corporation
