1. QUALIFICATION:

i. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) from a recognized University.

2. AGE:

21 to 28 + 5 Years General age relaxation in upper age limit for Male Candidates = 33 Years and

21 to 28 + 8 Years General age relaxation in upper age limit for Female Candidates = 36 Years on 20-07-2015 as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012.

3. PAY: BS-17

4. DOMICILE: Candidates domiciled in any District of the Province of

Punjab.

5. GENDER: Male, Female & Shemale.

6. PLACE OF POSTING: Various Health Institutions in the Punjab.

7. IMPORTANT NOTE:

One Paper MCQ (type) written test of 100 marks of 02 hours duration with the syllabus “Subject related” would be conducted to shortlist the candidates as per policy of PPSC.
